In the first instance please contact our Card Services Team by telephone, via the number(s) provided in the User Guide supplied with the Card. This team will try to resolve your concerns over the phone in a timely manner.

I want to dispute a transaction
If you would like to dispute a transaction, you can call the Card Services team using one of the numbers on this page and they will check the transaction details for you.
If there is a transaction that is not correct, Card Services can dispute this on your behalf.
